Description

If you would like to some space and time to develop your yoga practice I can offer a 4 week 1:1 Yoga programme.

Over the 4 weeks we will practice basic yoga posture, different breathwork techniques, building your confidence in your own practice.

Resources will be provided in between sessions such as a short reflection and meditations to support you

It is perfect if

  • You want to build your confidence before joining a yoga class
  • You are new to exercise
  • You want to have some time for you
  • Attending a full class feels too much
  • You want to work on your flexibility whilst having some privacy
  • You want to use yoga as a supportive tool for stress and anxiety reduction and burnout recovery

Sessions are 60 minutes long (in person and online sessions available)
