1:1 Yoga Sessions to help individuals heal from stress, anxiety and burnout.

Each session will be tailored to your own individual needs and will include a mix of yoga, breathwork, meditation and some supportive coaching. You are also able to access 2 x reiki sessions as part of your programme. During the programme we will cover the following topics, Soothe, Relaxation, Nourishment, Energising, Movement, Creativity and Connection.

Prior to any session an initial conversation will take place to discuss what you would like to work on during the sessions

Programme Price £799
Payment plans are available

4 x 90 minute sessions over a period of 12 weeks with additional meditations, supportive notes, check in calls in between sessions.
and 2 x 60 Reiki sessions

These sessions are for providing you with the space and time to work on any stress, anxiety and burnout issues you may be experiencing on a deeper level and will be based upon how you feel and what you need

Sessions are held in Prestwich, Manchester
